PASTA

  • 1.5 L Water
  • 50 g Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Bay Leaf
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • Salt

SAUCE

  • 50 g Oil
  • 120 g Onion
  • 200 g Bacon
  • 500 g Pouring Cream

Method

TO COOK THE PASTA

Place all the ingredients, except the spaghetti, in the jug

Add 500 g spaghetti and cook
8-10 min  |  100°  |  Programme 1

Strain with the basket strainer or steam tray

SAUCE

Heat up oil
1 min  |  120°  |  Programme Saute

Braise onion
5 min  |  120°  |  Programme Saute

Add bacon
5 min  |  120°  |  Programme Saute

Remove the any ingredients from the walls using the spatula

Pour in the cream
