  • 120 g Onion
  • 120 g Red Capsicum
  • 120 g Green Capsicum
  • 120 g Eggplant
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 4 Fish Fillets
  • 100 g White Wine
  • Salt

Method

Heat up oil
1 min  |  120°  |  Programme Saute

Braise onion
3 min  |  120°  |  Programme Saute

Add red and green capsicum and eggplant
5 min  |  120°  |  Programme Saute

Add tomatoes and salt to taste. Place the fish fillets on steam tray and place on top.

Add white wine to jug, pouring through steam tray
