Kale Chips are really worth a try and they really are light and suprisingly delicious. Kale has many properties such as being anti inflammatory, anti oxidant, high in Vitamins K and D, high in fibre and iron and a great source of Calcium.

The curly type of Kale results in the most crunchy chips. Remove the thickest part of the stems. Wash and thoroughly pat down with paper towels or in a salad spinner.

'Massage' Olive Oil lightly over the leaves. Season with you favourite combinations of seasoning. Place on The BioChef 8 Tray or Arizona 6 Tray dehydrator trays.

The advantage of using a dehydrator is that it designed to work on low temperatures over extended times. This makes a dehydrator more energy efficient than a convection oven. A dehydrator also have more trays than an oven.
