Our wholefood chef created special recipes for BioChef Mycook to highlight how versatile this machine is. This pate is a perfect example of a super healthy nutrition packed raw treat. Serve with crackers made in the BioChef 8 Tray or Arizona dehydrator.


125 g Sunflower Seeds
125 g Pepitas
10 g Apple Cider Vinegar
10 g Garlic
20 g Basil and Parsley
20 g Spring Onions, cut in half
30 g Lemon Juice
40 g Olive Oil
¾ tsp Cayenne Pepper
30 g Mirin
20 g Miso


Soak seeds in water and apple cider vinegar for 6 hours. Rinse and set aside. Place all ingredients into the jug.
