While it seems so simple, Aioli or Garlic Mayonnaise is not easy to perfect...up until now. The intelligently designed blades and jug of the BioChef Mycook means that a smooth emulsifying action makes a beautiful Aioli every time.


  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 50 g Water
  • 400 g Oil
  • Salt


Approx time: 1 min 30 sec

Place all the ingredients, except the oil, in the jug. To soften the taste of the garlic, cut cloves in half and take out the germs before using.

Next, with Mycook on Programme 7, gradually add the oil with the measuring beaker for emulsifying. For a thicker result, replace the water with 50 g of extra oil.
