Ingredients

Approx time: 35 min
Serves: 4-6

  • 200 g Chocolate (block)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 250 g Butter
  • 250 g Flour

Method

Pulversise the chocolate using the Turbo function. Set aside.

Insert the mixing paddle and whisk the eggs with the sugar

Return chocolate to the jug and mix
30 secs  |  Programme 3

Add butter
1 min  |  Programme 3

Add sifted flour and mix
30 secs  |  Programme 3

Preheat oven to 180°. Pour the mixture onto a greased baking tray nad back for 20 minutes.

Chocolate Brownies are lovely served with cream, ice cream or a rasberry sauce.
